Forza horizon 5 unleashes remaining limited-time cars

Xbox and PC players can now snag the final batch of time-limited bonus cars in Forza Horizon 5. All remaining vehicles from the Festival Playlist are available for purchase with in-game vouchers, completing a collection effort that began in 2021.

The Festival Playlist, which debuted with free cars weekly after the game's launch in November 2021, offered a rotating selection of vehicles obtainable by completing weekly challenges. While the cars were initially free, their limited availability fostered a sense of urgency among players. The system was revived in early 2025, allowing players to retroactively acquire cars they'd missed.

Players earned 'Backstage Passes' through Forzathon points earned by completing in-game challenges. These passes could then be redeemed for rare cars offered through the 'Horizon Backstage' store. Today's update unlocks all remaining cars that hadn’t already appeared in that store. This means players can now complete their car collections, potentially after years of waiting for certain vehicles to return.

This comes just ahead of the release of Forza Horizon 6 in May. The new installment promises expanded customization options, new open-world events, and community-driven Horizon Rush events. The depth of content in Forza Horizon 5, even in its later stages, demonstrates Playground Games' commitment to delivering a rich and evolving open-world racing experience.

The final cars represent more than just additions to the game; they are a testament to the enduring appeal of Forza Horizon 5’s meticulously crafted world and the dedication of its player base.
