Several users of the blue operator have reported a lock icon preventing them from viewing Eurosport programming through the DAZN app, despite having a sports package that includes the streaming service.

Initially, Movistar acknowledged the problem and stated they were conducting checks to determine the cause. After reviewing the information, the company confirmed that the block is indeed related to an issue with DAZN itself, not with Movistar's services.
