Netflix has kicked off production on a new eight-episode Spanish series called 'The Accusation', a family drama with a dark murder mystery at its core.

The story follows the Sellés family, a wealthy and well-respected clan in Santander whose seemingly flawless image begins to shatter when their eldest son Jaime is accused of a serious crime. As the family's world unravels, Jaime's defense becomes a central focus, with his cousin Mina, a lawyer, stepping in to clear his name.

Directed by Miguel Sáez Carral, who previously worked on 'El Jardínero' and 'Ni una más', the series boasts an impressive cast including Emma Suárez, Yon González, Maggie Civantos, Luis Bermejo, Diana Gómez, and more.
