Netflix unleashes triple threat of one piece entertainment

Netflix is doubling down on its popular manga adaptation One Piece with a triple threat of new content. The streaming giant is set to premiere the live-action third season, titled 'The Battle of Alabasta,' in 2027, which will conclude the adaptation of Eiichiro Oda's Alabasta arc. In addition to the live-action series, Netflix is also releasing a LEGO One Piece animated special, where Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates embark on an exciting adventure through the world of blocks. The special, which you can watch in the video below, will be available on Netflix starting September 29, 2026.

For fans eagerly awaiting new episodes, Netflix will also be adding the Elbaf arc of the anime series to its catalog, starting April 11. This follows its simultaneous release in Crunchyroll, which has the exclusive simulcast rights with Japan.
