Originally penned by Tarantino at the turn of the millennium, the director's ambitious project was initially intended as a single, extended film. However, producer Harvey Weinstein pressured Tarantino to divide the material into two, resulting in the 2003 release of Kill Bill: Volume 1, followed by Kill Bill: Volume 2 in 2004.

While both films received critical acclaim, die-hard fans knew that Tarantino's vision had not been fully realized. Now, with the rights to his original concept once again in his hands, the acclaimed director has crafted Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair, a 275-minute behemoth that brings together both volumes in a seamless, uninterrupted narrative.

Not only does the new cut feature a restored version of the iconic fight scene at the House of Blue Leaves, now in vivid color and with previously unshown violent moments, but it also includes additional, previously unseen content in the anime sequence depicting The Origin of O-Ren.

After premiering in the US late last year, Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair will land in Spanish cinemas on Friday, April 10.
