Quentin Tarantino isn't one to shy away from a fight. The director has sharply rebuked actress Rosanna Arquette, escalating a public dispute sparked by her recent comments criticizing his use of profanity in Pulp Fiction.

Arquette, who played Jody in the iconic1994 film, recently told The Sunday Times that she found the frequent use of the N-word in Tarantino's work offensive. She cited the 20 instances in Pulp Fiction and over 100 in Django Unchained as examples. Interestingly, Black actors like Jamie Foxx and Samuel L. Jackson have publicly defended Tarantino’s use of the word within the context of his films.

But Tarantino responded via letter relayed to Variety, dismissing Arquette’s criticism as a calculated attempt for publicity. He questioned her sincerity, recalling her initial enthusiasm for the role and accusing her of disrespecting both him and the film.
