Ignoring her cousin's warning, Supergirl is busy playing fetch with Krypto in space when she learns of the destruction of her homeworld, Krypton. This traumatic event appears to have a profound impact on Supergirl, setting the stage for her mission to rescue Krypto from a deadly poison.

In her quest, Supergirl must confront the Brigands, a ruthless group led by the villainous Krem of the Yellow Hills, played by Matthias Schoenaerts. As the stakes grow higher, Supergirl finds an unlikely ally in Lobo, who joins forces with her to take down a bar full of thugs.

Jason Momoa's much-anticipated performance as Lobo is a highlight of the trailer.
